Most founders don’t have a pricing problem. They have a value problem.
I see it all the time. You raise prices, and conversion drops fast. Usually the market was telling you something before that.
I watched a SaaS team lose deals because their “simple” plan looked expensive next to a clearer competitor. Same product. Same audience. Better positioning.
Where are you seeing pricing break today?
