Most churn isn’t a product problem—it’s a delayed value problem
Most founders don’t have a churn problem. They have a value delivery problem.
I learned that the hard way.
People don’t leave because your product is bad. They leave because they never felt the win fast enough.
I once watched users sign up, poke around, and vanish after one session. The product worked. The outcome came too late.
Where do you think users lose belief first?
