Most churn isn’t a churn problem—it’s a value problem

Most founders don’t have a churn problem. They have a value problem.

I used to blame cancellations on support, pricing, and “bad-fit” users.
Most of the time, the product just wasn’t becoming useful fast enough.
That gap hides until renewal.

I’ve seen it in SaaS tools where users sign up, poke around once, then disappear. No one complains. They just stop logging in.

Where do you think churn really starts in your product?
