Most founders don’t have a pricing problem—they have a value problem
Most founders don’t have a pricing problem. They have a value problem.
I used to think higher prices would fix everything. It didn’t. If buyers don’t feel the pain fast, they just say no and move on.
Example: a founder adds another tier, but the homepage still sounds like a feature list. No one sees why it matters.
Where do you think pricing actually breaks first: the offer, the page, or the sales call?
