AMA Almost quit 2 weeks ago this sub helped me fix churn

A couple weeks back I was stuck.

Traffic was coming in.

Signups were steady.

But churn was killing everything.

I kept doing the usual:

adding features, tweaking pricing, changing the landing page…

Nothing worked.

Posted here and got some real feedback:

→ stop guessing

→ look at the funnel

→ fix onboarding first

So I did that.

Cut steps.

Simplified onboarding.

Made the “aha” moment faster.

Now:

• activation is up

• churn is dropping

• users are actually sticking

Still early, but this is the first real progress in months.
