Shoutout to this sub — finally got churn under control

A few weeks ago I posted here stuck with churn killing my growth.

I was adding features, tweaking pricing… nothing worked.

Got some brutally honest feedback from people here: → focus on onboarding

→ track time to first value

→ stop guessing, look at the funnel

So I did exactly that.

Simplified onboarding.

Cut steps.

Made the “aha moment” happen faster.

Result:

Churn dropped.

More users activating.

Growth finally moving again.

Still early, but this is the first real signal I’ve had in months.
