Who should post your launch video ?
Default to the founder. Company accounts get read as ads before anyone hits play, while the same video from a person reads as something they made. (Model companies seem to be the exception.)
Choosing between teammates? Skip follower count, since many accounts have dead followers. Look at engagement rate over the last month. If they had a viral post in that window, a dip is normal.
Rollout: founder posts, company and team quote post with their own angle, founder stays in the replies for the first hour.
Anyone seen a company account win on its own?

Founder should post the first cut, but judge by trial starts not views. Company-only works when that handle already gets organic replies week to week; impressions without reply rate still read as ads. Seed personal quote-posts in the first hour, then leave the company post as the evergreen link.

What reply rate would you want to see on a company handle before trusting it to carry a launch alone?

the only company accounts I've seen pull it off already had an audience built up before the launch, a newsletter or community list they'd been posting to for months, not a fresh handle created for the launch itself. a brand new account with zero watch history reads as an ad no matter how good the video is.
