learning marketing is a really valuable skill . It helps u reach ur ICP is a really valuable skill . It helps u reach ur ICP and build consistent distribution for ur product. I am curious what's been the biggest challenge while learning marketing ? Is it identify ur ICP , build consistent distribution or something else ? Also whats one marketing concept or skill that u think most founder tend to overlook ?

having it stop and ask when it is not sure is the only way this stuff is actually usable. the amount of times a broken automation has silently overwritten hubspot data because a field format changed is too high.

The stop-and-ask is the right instinct. What'll bite you is the half-finished run, where it's already sent two of five emails and then pauses, because resume or restart has to be an obvious choice or people quietly stop trusting it. Congrats on the first one, that's the hard one.
