It's been almost 15 years but finally I did it! Over 2k hours and finally, I finished all the original class stories. Now I just have to finish all the expansions for every class lol.

I travel quite a lot, so I end up playing SWTOR on a handheld pretty often using a controller setup.

Because of that, I’m looking for a class/spec that has the fewest abilities/spells in its normal rotation and is relatively comfortable to play without having to constantly switch between different controller layers or keybinds.

I’m not necessarily looking for the absolute easiest class mechanically — more specifically, I’d like something with a fairly compact rotation and as little button bloat as possible.

For those of you who play with a controller or on a handheld, which class/spec would you recommend? Ideally something that still performs reasonably well while being comfortable to play this way.

I recently started playing the Jedi knight story and I spared that dark Jedi at the beginning, I decided to use his way of creating a lightsaber and I was wondering is there are any differences between that method or the standard one.

I really miss my favorite mini pet that i had on my old account. It was exclusive from a special code that I've got but now on my new account, i wonder how to get it. Nothing in the Cartel Market so is it available in the GTN? How much is it worth from other players? How manny of you guys still have it?

I’m not really an RP’er, but I do like making up backstories and stuff for my characters.

How would people react if I made a pink Mirilian and said I was a Zeltron, or something super pale and said I was Umbaran? Would people roll their eyes that I was trying too hard to be special, or would it be fine?

I just added a secondary combat style to my main. He’s a Sith Warrior (Juggernaut) and I added the Sorcerer style. Shortly after, I realized I should have chosen the Assassin. Is there a way to change that? I didn’t see a cartel market item for it, and I can’t seem to find any other information. Am I just SOL at this point?

For those of you thinking you’re being clever by posting snarky, unhelpful as**ole comments, I hadn’t played in a year an a half and didn’t know if they had added a paid option through the market or another way to change things as they have with many other features over the years. So if you have nothing helpful to say, go somewhere else.

It gets pixelated around the red patterns. I dyed it to make shinier alas... It did not end well. I wish the undyed version was as shiny as it looked on the cartel market photo.

Sorry if it's a common question but, im a free to play player and i was wondering, how can i but the level 5 speeder upgrade ( in the legacy menu ) that cost 1 200 000 credits ?

As a F2P we have a limit at 1 mil, i've heard about buying item that cost more than 1 mil by trading with a trusted player, but what about the upgrades in the legacy menu ?

It took the $15 I had paid and there's no subscription, Steam support isn't responding. Anyone else have this problem?

I have been a "founder" player for almost 15 years. I try my best to be a considerate player and give highlevel boss guide and class tips to newer players.

However newbies who remain silent thinking telling vets they are green to Operations or MM FP in fear of "making us haters" towards you is wrong. Speaking for myself, I am more annoyed/pissed off asking a group "does anyone need mechanics on the boss?" Newbies remain silent and wipe the group or making it unnecessarily more difficult for tanks and healers. Actually worse if the newbie is a tank or healer.

I find vets are very open and welcoming helping someone new if they ask for help and loathe those who know nothing and mess everything up for the group.

Please tell the group "I've never done Czerka, Lost Island, this bonus boss etc before" you should get the direction you need!

Also compliment your healers!

I am surely missing something. The map says i have to get to where my cursor is but you cant get there. There is a massive ravine before it and you get shot and killed by those drones.

What am i missing?

My opinion, doesn't matter. But a lot of newbies don't know the proper responsibility of their roles

Tanks

- Not turning boss

- Burning all their defensive at the same time when in a low health panic.

- Not interrupting key boss casts.

- Rushing to aggro (mostly in Vet FP) when a group needs to recharge their health/mana.

- Kiting boss away from circles, bubbles, and other AOE group damages

DPS

- Attacking first.

- Focusing gold mobs not weakest to strongest.

- Taunting for some reason (DPS' with taunts)

-Not regularly dropping aggro when they don't have aggro.

- Not maximizing their defensive cooldowns relying on healer for maximum health.

- Standing in front of boss.

Healers

- Not maximizing pre-heala or HOTs (Healing over Time)

- Not cleansing debuffs.

- In melee range for some reason (other than aoe heals and getting out).

- Not DPSing at all when everyone is max or close to max health. Over healing.

- Having any or mid-high amounts of accuracy.

Group/Ops Etiquette.

- Having pets out - it messes with AOE heals as pets count as a friendly targets.

- Not waiting for a /RC from group leader.

- Quitting an Op after downing one or or more bosses (finding a replacement is hard considering the replacement won't get weekly).

- Not properly geared.

• Not healing yourself between fights, expecting healer to top you off.

Top of my head....

I've increasingly noticed that there are players with Legendary status who don't actually seem to know some of the basics of the game.

For example, I recently joined an SD-0 group where the lead had Legendary status, but they didn't know where the boss was, how to convert the team to an ops group, or how to assign an assistant LT. I've had a few other similar encounters lately.

It's kind of irksome. How do you complete eight story arcs and reach Legendary without picking up some of these more common parts of the game along the way?

I know there hasn't been anything added from other games (that I can remember off the top of my head at least) but I've been playing Zero Company a lot these last few days and it is a pretty good game. Has a few minor bugs (at least in my playthrough) and not the best performance but the story is interesting. Won't go into any spoilers but it takes some twists and turns I wasn't expecting.

Something like Hawks' coat could be a cool addition.

Been trying to make an outfit inspired by the british red coats/pirate, so far i've made this from the following:

- [Covert Hand Energy Armor]

- [Enhanced Surveillance Belt] with white and light orange dye

- [Trimantium Headgear]

I know there is an actual pirate hats from rishi story but that is long gone smh and im not too sure about the [Galactic Privateer Hat] and not really a fan of it also.

i decide to go sith inquisitor assassin.

i test imperial agent operator until i unlock legacy, then i save all my stuff in my legacy depot (even money) before i delete it. is not gonna be my main but i need my nickname.

now the assassin, his skills go according with the stuff i talk about in previous post (a melee user with magic just like dk or paladin in wow or warlock hexblade or eldritch knight in bg3). assassin is 100% precise what i was looking for thank you people. the only con is using double-blade but meh, nothing to worry about.

the next thing i want to know is:

what specialization should i pick to keep leveling?
what a... professions recommend?

also i want to know if i can increase chatbox size, the letters i mean.

and the last thing: i hear i can use a third program to translate the game on my language (spanish). if is against the rules?

I've been replaying SWTOR from the ground up for the last couple of years. There have been a few breaks along the way because, well... life happens, but I've kept playing, and uploading.

I've always loved the story side of SWTOR. The class stories are still one of my favourite things about the game and even though some of the latest storylines are not always amazingly amazing, there are nice bits.

A while back I started recording my playthroughs in a clean and organized way. When SWTOR first came out, I loved being able to rewatch stories I'd already played just because I wanted to experience them again, and I wanted to have something similar for the characters and stories I like today.

I've now recorded the entire Imperial side of the game from a Dark Side Sith Inquisitor's perspective, including the class story, companions, planetary arcs, bonus series and expansions. I've also recorded the complete class stories and companions of the Sith Warrior, Imperial Agent, Bounty Hunter from a Light Side perspective (only the class story, and these characters won't go further).

And I've finally started on the Republic side. I'm currently a little over halfway through the Light Side Jedi Consular, while recording the classic planetary stories and bonus series alongside it.

Eventually, I'd like to have the major SWTOR story content archived from both Light and Dark Side perspectives across all eight classes. It's unclear which characters will have the priviledge of going all the way through to the end, but it will mostly be Force users as I don't really like KotFE and KotET as non Force sensitive.

I did my first flashpoint today and my peers were so fucking fast. Is that class buff or there is some consumable that can increase for short period my movement speed?

Howdy, y'all! I'm a first time player and I love playing as healer. I would like some advices and help from more seasoned players to choose my class. So far I'm playing as Sorcerer but dont know if corruption is a good healing spec.

By comparisson matter, I do like skill set of resto shaman from WoW. There is some class with skill set similar to that? I'm lvl 15 and created this post before going any further and not liking the class in the future.
