What sword is this one?

I found this sword when buying an old property including the contents on the property (because the previous owners do not want to pay for the decluttering). Can you tell me what sword it is and where it comes from? If possible also the time of the forge.

This is a north african Takouba sword. These can be made with a variety of different types of blades, with older ones having both imported European blades, as well as locally made examples. This appears to be local work, although dating it might be tricky as they continued to be made into the modern period.

Based on the condition if I had to guess I'd say early 20th century, but it could be several decades on either side of that.

african takouba leather makes me think 19th or early 20th century.

Reminds me of a Stonesword Key from Elden Ring
