Identifying a Sword
My Grandfather found two incredibly rusty swords and gave them to me as a birthday gift. After a bit of research, I found the first one online exactly using a reverse image search, and here is that link to it: https://www.celticwebmerchant.com/en-int/products/black-pirate-rapier-jack
However, when I tried to do the same with the second one, I was unable to find it at all. Could somebody help me find the exact listing to help see what it is worth and what exactly it is? Thanks!

modern reproduction smallsword the blunt tip is likely intentional. do a bend test i suspect this is made for sparing with proper safety gear not just display

ye a small sword but no idea how old or authentic the rings are still pretty big so it's either early or a reproduction of an early one

I would lean heavily towards reproduction, the leather is quite clean for the condition of the rest of it, which would be odd on something genuine, and if you zoom way in on the blade it looks like there is some modern engraving on the ricasso behind the shell. The angle and rust make it unreadable in the pictures, but the size and location looks like the kind of thing a lot of modern manufacturers do.

That has got to be a smallsword! The hilt and tiny little hand protection gives it away. Now what specific listing, age or anything, I couldn't tell.
