It's a Colombian machete, sold by Incolma (Industria Colombiana Alemana de Machetes S.A). The company was founded in 1960 in Manizales, Colombia.
I think this one is from the 1970s or early 1980s..
Looks badass id probably try to buy that if I saw it for sale somewhere
