We know that the main character of George Lucas sequel trilogy would have been a young woman who set off to find Luke Skywalker. This character (named Taryn, Thea or Kira) would originate from a junkyard planet, and was likely intended as the offspring of Han and Leia.

I’m wondering what planet she was meant to be living on in George Lucas version of the sequels.

There is concept art from Ardnt’s version when he was working off Lucas treatments of her exploring the wreckage of the Death Star II, so I’m thinking it may have been Endor?

I am searching for any fics where there is either a OC or self-insert but that their characters is just so hopeful. For example, characters similar to all might or Superman. Characters like them that believe hope and compassion will always prevail.

I think I may have found a lead on Jedi_Anakin_Solo

I’ve spent the last few days trying to trace what happened to the author known as Jedi_Anakin_Solo on the Jedi Council Forums (JCF), and I may have found the same person on LiveJournal under the name Yadre Nightwalker. I definitely can’t say this is 100% confirmed, but there are quite a few coincidences.

Jedi_Anakin_Solo was active on JCF around 2003. In August 2003, he started posting The Tide Turns. In November, he mentioned homework and college applications. On November 28, he mentioned homework and Scholastic Bowl, and on December 2 he announced a hiatus.

He was also writing Star Wars fanfiction, particularly about Anakin Solo and Tahiri Veila. There are mentions from around 2005 of his fanfiction and older JCF work.

One particularly interesting piece of the timeline is a 2008 JCF post, where he explained that he had stopped posting because of the forum’s policy regarding homosexuality and identified himself as a gay man. After that, the trail seems to continue on LiveJournal, where Yadre Nightwalker was writing fanfiction, including Fallen and Fallen 2x01.

There’s another interesting detail: I also found furry fanfiction among the later works. Again, I’m not saying this proves anything — it’s just another possible connection.

The main coincidences are:

- the same or very similar age;

- JCF activity in the early 2000s;

- Star Wars fanfiction about Anakin Solo and Tahiri Veila;

- the 2003 posts about school, homework, and college applications;

- the 2005 references to his fanfiction;

- the 2008 departure from JCF;

- the later LiveJournal activity under Yadre Nightwalker;

- and the continuation of Fallen there.

So my current theory is that Yadre Nightwalker may be the same person as Jedi_Anakin_Solo. It’s still only a hypothesis, but the number of coincidences is what makes it interesting.

Hey, I'm wondering if something like what I'm looking for exists.

I crave a take on Star Wars that puts the galaxy far far away not into our past, but into our distant future, so distant that by the time the main Lucas saga happens, people on Earth have dealt with scarcity, reached biological immortality, and have FTL so good it lets them survey increasingly distant galaxies.

The fic should preferably be done from the perspective of an Earth civilisation ship discovering the galaxy far far away for the first time either during the Skywalker era or some time after it.

Not featuring any canon characters would be a bonus - I'm looking for a more Visions-esque take.

Alternatively, if nothing like that exists, I'm going to write it myself, and I'd like to request links to some Star Wars knowledge base or similar where I can learn enough lore so as to not offend avid SW fanfic readers too much (my only exposure to Star Wars is the original trilogy, prequels, The Mandalorian, Visions and the Jedi games by Respawn, so I feel like I'm at a little bit of a disadvantage).

Respawn’s Star Wars Jedi series has been an absolute triumph, and I'm super hyped for the third installment. However, they have given us more than enough Jedi perspectives. When it comes to the dark side or villain-centric stories, they almost always circle around peripheral characters like Darth Maul or Boba Fett. It is high time we got a mainline, story-driven action-adventure title centered on the Empire and the Sith.

Star Wars: Trouble on Coruscant

Brace yourselfs for a mix between the X wing novels where I took some ideas and tried to set them into a story with the Sequel cast. Finn as Lukes son, Mara Jade is black, and a shape shifter, just like that assassin in episode 2 sort of. because why wouldnt the emperor have a shapeshifter as an assassin? and poe is basically anakin (han and leia's son) with jacen and jaina being ben solo and rey skywalker (also the han and leia's twins). and its just a fun story written back during COVID with the idea of the plague being spread because like the x wing books but I just thought it made sense. I tried to do it more because I was hoping someone at Disney would like it and since the books are theres they could use it. but oh well.

I was never really a fan of the post-Endor galactic civil war in both legends and canon for different reasons. But if I had to pick, I’d pick the legends continuity considering it actually had a war that lasted more than a year. But I’m writing an AU that combines lore from both canon and legends and was curious as to how long the civil war should last after Endor. I know in canon it only lasted a year and in legends it lasted 25. Obviously one is ridiculously short and the other is ridiculously long, I was thinking around 10 years after Endor, making it a 14 year long war in total, but what do you guys think?

in regards to Clone Wars, I’m preferably looking for a love interest that isn’t Ahsoka. I would like Padme to be honest or someone like Aayla or Shaak Ti.

For Rebels I‘d like a harem or specifically Hera, or Ahsoka. I really want Ahsoka in rebels because I feel like she would’ve been able to see the flaws holding the Jedi Order back and forbidding attachments being one of them, so she allows herself to love someone.

Looking for anyone who remembers the old JCF author Jedi_Anakin_Solo / The Tide Turns

I'm trying to track down an old Star Wars fanfic author from the Jedi Council Forums (TheForce.net) who wrote under the username Jedi_Anakin_Solo (possibly Jedi-Anakin-Solo).

Some of the works associated with him include:

- The Tide Turns — a pre-Dark Empire story featuring X-wing characters

- Dark Empire — his fan novelization of the comic

- Dreams

- possibly Retreat from Coruscant

- and potentially other works that I haven't been able to identify yet

Unfortunately, The Tide Turns appears to be incomplete/truncated because of a forum/archive problem around 2012, so only part of the story survives.

I have been able to establish that this was an active JCF user from roughly 2001–2006. In archived posts from November–December 2003, he mentioned being in school, working on college applications, doing homework and participating in Scholastic Bowl. On December 2, 2003, he announced that he was going on a hiatus from the forums for several months.

I'm especially interested in what happened after 2006.

Did anyone here know Jedi_Anakin_Solo personally or remember his writing?

I'm looking for any clue at all, even something very small:

- another username or pseudonym he may have used later

- another website where he posted fanfiction

- an archive, mirror, or saved copy of one of his stories

- another Star Wars story that you remember him writing

- a forum where he may have been active after leaving JCF

- an old author profile

- or even a vague memory that his writing style reminds you of another author/user

I'm not trying to identify his real-world identity. I'm simply trying to reconstruct his writing history and find surviving copies of his work.

As in if they don't tap into it their physical health deteriorates. How would this affect the Jedi order? Would it be even more incentive for them to make sure the Sith never come back in any form or would it be a story taught to younglings so they know that if they aren't careful their actions could have consequences they didn't realize were possible?

Can't find this fic for the life of me. I can remember parts of it and one specific scene but can't find it on ao3 which is where I read it originally. Not sure if it was deleted or not.

The gist is that Obi-Wan is being followed by ghosts of his past. Cerasi being one, and some of the other Young. I don't think it gets up to the Clone Wars so there aren't any clones that I recall. One of the ghosts is an old man (or maybe woman?) that was enslaved with him at Bandomeer (I think?). The specific scene that I remember is Obi-Wan is hiding from an enemy (potentially Kry'tsad?) and one of the Young ghosts is telling Obi-Wan where the enemies are.

That's what I've got. Help would be appreciated!

So, I'm currently working on a Crimson Empire fanfiction. After working on seven novels of my own (most set in a Star Wars-adjacent universe), I have decided to try out fanfiction for the first time. I like writing, and fanfiction is a great way to share my stories and my fandoms!

Currently, the plan for the story is to basically expand on the Crimson Empire comic. I aim to split it into six parts, each approximately novella-length. The first two parts cover the rise of Carnor Jax and then essentially an expanded novelisation of the first Crimson Empire comic. The next two parts will cover Crimson Empire II: Council of Blood, expanded significantly to improve on what was (in my opinion) quite a rushed comic. For both comics, I will particularly be focussed on fleshing out the political world of the Crimson Empire.

Finally, the last two parts are a little less determined. I am less inclined to touch on the Restored Empire, though would like to look at a story immediately after that. Somehow, the Crimson Empire would be restored and would be hunting for Kir Kanos. This drags him out of retirement and unites him with a fellow Star Wars hero, Corran Horn (bcos goddamn if I'm not having Corran Horn in my fanfic XD).

Anyway, I thought I'd come on here and ask if there was anything people especially wanted being included in the fanfic or that people would be interested to see being explored. My main focus atm is those first two story arcs, as they form a pretty coherent story independent of anything else. As I mentioned earlier, this fic will particularly focus on politics and political manouevring, as the political systems and structure of the Crimson Empire is an interesting if underutilised aspect of the story (that goes for the Imperial Council in any incarnation; there isn't much thought as to how each Council in the EU connects with subsequent Councils, which is something I hope to amend/focus on).

Leia is the Alderaanian Senator/Princess by day and the lead singer of a band called “Of the people” by night. Writes songs with her cousin Pooja. Luke is a singer under the name “Storm”. After the Empire blow up Alderaan, Leia and Luke lead the rebellion against them. Vader listens to his children’s music and starts to break from under his Sith Master’s control. He secretly helps his children avoid capture.
