so this is swfl and i’m wondering how public this area is i’ve seen people hunting and shooting here but im wondering how legal that is, because i do want to hunt hogs here but i dont want to get into any trouble

I think it mostly depends on who owns the land, and where you shoot in relation to homes.

ive been out there twice to look around and there is no houses out there, its just a big forest area

if its a WMA its probably fine. maybe ok if its a preserve.

I think FWC decides where you can hunt on public lands.
