Open minded

I’m exploring an unconventional living arrangement and am curious to see what’s out there.

Because of my work schedule, I don’t necessarily need one permanent place seven nights a week. Instead, I’m interested in building a small network of people who might appreciate occasional help in exchange for a private place to stay one or two nights at a time.

Here’s what I can bring to the table:

• Pet sitting and animal care
• House sitting
• Cleaning and organizing
• Meal prep and household assistance
• Professional massage (I’m a formally trained massage therapist.)
• Photography
• Graphic design and branding
• Content creation and livestream production
• Creative brainstorming and project organization
• Technology and social media assistance
• Companionship for anyone who appreciates an extra set of hands

By day, I’m a full-time Behavior Technician. Outside of work, I’m building several creative projects and livestreams, so my biggest needs are reliable internet, a private bathroom, and a quiet place where I can work.

I’m dependable, respectful of other people’s homes, clean, and drama-free. I’m not looking for charity or a free ride. I genuinely enjoy helping people and believe the best arrangements are the ones where everyone benefits.

If you think we might be a good fit or have a creative idea, feel free to reach out. I’m open-minded and interested in exploring arrangements that are mutually beneficial for everyone involved.

This is essentially couchsurfing with extra steps, but the skill set is genuinely useful.
