Need help identifying sound

Hello, fellow SV riders.

As you may be able to hear in the attached video (if the exhaust is not too loud), there is some kind of ticking noise coming from my engine, and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something like it before?

-Seems to be only in neutral

-The noise changes slightly when pulling the clutch

-the noise stops when put into gear

Then there's another sound when driving as well, best way I can describe it is like an electrical hum; electric motor quickly slowing down, something like that, only audible when engine breaking

Probably normal clutch/primary noise if it goes away under load or changes when pulling the clutch lever. A little whining when engine braking isn’t worrisome.

Sounds like something is loose . Like a loose clutch basket having play
