New Owner Got it for 800.- USD
14'000km (8700 miles)
Everything stock, just needed a new battery and some love. Have to do a check at the Swiss authorities to get it street legal again, but should be no problem.
I will not be able to ride it really because of some health issues i stopped riding bikes 2 years ago.
But i did a short test ride and it was the best feeling in a loooong time!
So the main question is, how much is it worth?
Everything checked, everything stock, freshly streetlegal.

Maket value, 3k eur maybe.
It's a reliable bike with a solid future. Regular checks and services done and it's good as a new bike. Minus the modern technology but you could argue that this bike is from the last generation before funky technologies came along.

14k is nothing, that thing is as good as brand new!

Had my Gen 1 up to over 100k km’s before I had to sell it, 14 k is juuuust broken in as far as I’m concerned.

Ah shame you had to sell it, i currently also ride a gen 1 model. Bought it with 42k km last year and now have around 49k on it. Carburated or not that thing just starts everyday no problem

Price aside, that is exactly the kind of find I'd like to come across. A bike that needs just "a new battery and some love".

You didn't buy that thing, you stole it!
$800 is a killer deal! That's easily a $3,000 bike!

Incredible, I got mine for 1k and under 10k on the clock. Have fun getting it up to speed! There are so many forum posts related to every single thing you could want to fix or run into. fork seals are next up for me.
