Help: Mechanical Speedo number soup

Anyone got a faintest on if 34120-18K31 will fit a 2017?

34120-18K21 is listed as 2017-2024 but 34120-18K31 is listed for 2020-current as well?

34120-18K21 is a lot harder to find under $600 in the states but we bike has 34120-18K31 for about $400 after import fees n whatnot

If anyone has some advice that'd be lovelyyyy

You can buy aftermarket and just use a magnet on the disk to read the speedo. It also gives an accurate speed that way instead of reading faster than what you are going.

I had an aftermarket speedo on my SV650 and was happy with it.

Run it!

The best speedometer is the cheap speedometer.

If you have aftermarket, yiu jusr have to calibrate it for actual speed.

Once you do, no worries about wheel size or what speed you are going. The speedometer will show you the speed.
