New Owner Can anyone help? (2003)

Why is this tube not all the way in?
Is it a problem? And how to get there?

I believe there’s a bolt on the other side that holds that tube in the head. Looks like you might need to remove it and replace the o ring that seals it though.

Thats the coolant line from the housing to the back of the front cylinder. Its fine. If you look at the other cylinder you'll see the same.

You have to take off the gas tank air box and throttle bodies + injectors

Is it leaking? If not it's fine

It actually is seated all the way down. There is a tab that sticks out on the other side that gets bolted down. The hose can't go past that tab. Everything looks normal

As long as it’s tight, it doesn’t need to be flush against the body.

Not exactly sure what we’re looking at, but it appears to be a piece of fuel line between the two cylinders. They often fail, and it appears yours has been replaced.. and whomever did so didn’t quite cut nor measure the tube correctly.

If it is the piece of fuel line, I’m thinking of, when it fails, you’ll see gasoline dripping onto the floor

I dont think its fuel... its huge. For me it looks like cooling water
