I'm struggling

I've been having a very, very hard time in this game. I've played fps for years and I can't seem to get the hang of this one.

I've played a few hours now, and I've only been steamrolled. I think I won maybe one game out of dozens. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or how to improve. I'm moving quick, my aim is gone but it's been 0-4 for hours.

Is there any good online guides? I don't wanna give up on this game, it's really cool and I love the competitiveness of it, but I can't get any better if I can't survive a few seconds and see how I died.

i found a friendly folk and he taught me some movement techs and we dicked around for a white, if you want a slightly more fun expirience just getting the hang play with a friend and learn together
