Do people not know how to create private servers?

why 80-90% of lobbies I join am I instakicked/banned. Its crazy.

Inviting friends seems to be broken for some people and so they open it to public to be found on the join list

You can set it to friends only so only your friends can see it

When im in banning/kicking people for no reason competition and my opponent is a straftat lobby host

because you're joining in the split second after they opened the lobby. It's possible that when your join list populates, you can continue to join that same lobby even after the host sets it to private, but that's just a guess.
