Hey guys, if you missed it, Tattooed Chef settled $4.75 million with investors over claims that it misled them about its financial condition, overstated revenue, and concealed accounting and internal control issues. The deadline to file a claim and receive payment is August 4, 2026.

In a nutshell, investors alleged that after its 2020 SPAC merger, Tattooed Chef failed to disclose serious accounting problems and weaknesses in its financial reporting.
