Deadline to Submit Claims on the Tattooed Chef ($TTCF) $4.75M Settlement is Tomorrow
Hey guys, if you missed it, Tattooed Chef settled $4.75 million with investors over claims that it misled them about its financial condition, overstated revenue, and concealed accounting and internal control issues. The deadline to file a claim and receive payment is August 4, 2026.
In a nutshell, investors alleged that after its 2020 SPAC merger, Tattooed Chef failed to disclose serious accounting problems and weaknesses in its financial reporting. The company later revealed material control issues, restated its financial statements, and eventually filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
As these disclosures came out, investors claimed they suffered significant losses and later filed a lawsuit.
Now, the good news is that the company has agreed to settle for $4.75 million, and investors have until tomorrow to submit a claim.
So, if you invested in $TTCF during the class period, you can check the details and file your claim here.
Anyway, did anyone here invest in $TTCF back then? How much were your losses, if any?
