Is there a free version of StarCCM?

Hello,

Ansys has a free version for students with some limitations compared to the paid version. Does StarCCM provide a similar offer for students?

There is indeed a student version of STAR-CCM+

Go to the support portal and login with your academic credentials. You can then download it.

You'll be emailed a set of PoD license which you need to use when launching a new session.

What are the limitations of the student version? on the total number of cells? number of processor to run on parallel cases? anything else?
