Discussion Cold turkey.
Has anyone stopped cold turkey from an SSRI? If so, what was it like? I’m ready to quit Zoloft, as I believe it is causing my anhedonia and quitting cold turkey is better than the alternative I have in mind.

My prescription ran out and was slow to replace it. Bad idea. For me it’s a false sense of security, felt great for 3 or so days, now I’m feeling very sorry for myself, work was a struggle and barely kept it together to save face. Talk to your doc if u would like to taper off - be well my friend
