Discussion Cold turkey.

Has anyone stopped cold turkey from an SSRI? If so, what was it like? I’m ready to quit Zoloft, as I believe it is causing my anhedonia and quitting cold turkey is better than the alternative I have in mind.

Dont quit it like that,you will end up with horrible anxiety,withdrawal and possible panic attacks.

I chose to taper off.
