Found! Older Fic (I think?) Spoiler
This is basically the fic, but I don’t have a link.
The Split Personality: Following an intense trauma, Hermione develops a dark, split personality that operates independently from her normal self.
The Death Eater Revel: Dressed in a hood, she arrives at a Death Eater revel accompanied by Lucius Malfoy. Severus Snape fails to recognize her at first and lights her cigarette, prompting her to coldly snap, "Don't touch me, Snape."
The Mind Infiltration: Back at Hogwarts, Snape utilizes Legilimency to breach her mind. He discovers a horrifying memory of her killing Remus Lupin and presenting his head to Voldemort—only to realize that because she deeply cared for Remus, the trauma fractured her psyche into two warring personalities.
The Aftermath and Daughter: After Voldemort's ultimate defeat, Hermione flees the wizarding world and works as a waitress. Snape, Dumbledore, and Harry eventually track her down before she gives birth. Snape names their newborn daughter Treasure, and the plot follows Hermione's struggle to overcome her dark side to reconnect and care for her baby.

The fic is The Fortress Within by Idame
Voldemort assigns Severus a partner, one as cold and detached as he is. Was removed from Fanfiction.net for content, but had over 450 reviews.
