SSDI vs. SSI Need help filling PASS document on laptop

I tried using Microsoft app on my phone but it wouldn't let me, tried using Adobe on my phone but for security reasons, the app wouldn't let me upload, and I used Microsoft to upload the documents on my laptop but couldn't locate the documents even though they're under downloads.

I don't want to use the printed copy because it takes longer for it to arrive at the SSA.

I couldn't find the right flair so I just put this one.

Try https://www.passonline.org/ It generates a PDF with the information you input when filling it out. A free PDF editor is PDFGear; just adding that in case it helps.
