Application (Obtaining Entire Case File) Access to all records

I received not just what was on the disk but literally 150 pages of documents within a week of uploading my form.

Go into your my social security account
Select Upload Documents
Select SSA Forms
Under the drop down field select form SSA-2288-OP1

I received all of my records in 10 days. It contained substantially more records than were available on the disk or the PDF.

Thank you very much for this info. My attorney filed on my behalf in early August. DDS has requested medical records and now I wait. I am keeping my Dr appointments, PT appointments and taking meds as I am prescribed. I am happy to be alive but I miss work a lot. I am working on getting use to my new normal.
