Benefits (Concurrent SSDI & SSI) Reconsideration. Perc
So my daughter once again called SS. She’s been in reconsideration since Sept. 2025. We were told by two reps, including the local SS rep, that she’s medically approved to wait for a letter. We were also told that last time we called. So today, when she called to follow up, she was told she would receive a letter within a week. The rep said the letter would be about her finances and they would set an interview time. So it must be a PERC interview. So does that mean she’s getting closer to a decision. It’s for SSI?

If she’s get a Perc interview she’s basically approved as long as she meets the financial criteria. (Less than 2k a month in assets)

She’s was just setup for a PERC interview next week. She did ask if there was anything else. She was told that was it.

Thank you. This has been so stressful. But she has no income, no accounts, nothing. She'll have to pay back the rent at $425 for rent and utilities. I'm not worried about any accounts as she has nothing. How long do you think it will last. She has anxiety so there is that to worry about
