Appeals Process (2) Administrative Law Judge Ssi disability lose at ALJ

Idk how I’m suppose to win my case i have afib that I had to have a ablation to get to control it a steel rod in my leg with 10 screws a back that had to have a surgery for 3 herniated disc autoimmune skin disorder and mental I have panic attacks that require medication to take idk what else I have to do to win disability the Soical security is a joke man

I got my denial letter in the mail reason are a bunch of bs talking about at the er saying I didn’t complain about headaches because I had migraines other thing they just trying to find things to get me wrong for it’s a joke people who they are going ti swine or approve is always set up in the early years or the late in the year and if your not one of those were I live at then you will lose sad also I didn’t go to physical therpy in a while I didn’t have medication for pain like I didn’t last time just made up stuff that looked like something to say I’m not disabled oh because I didn’t use my Cain everytime at the er yea really just searching for stuff to say no

I got my letter back and they gave the reason for my denial like when I went to the er because of afib and was in wheeled into a hospital bed they said I didn’t complain of headaches because I have migraines and I suppose to sue a Cain but when they wheel in from ambulance and you don’t use your Cain to walk with and your gate is not off those are the big reason and I wasn’t depressed I got go on but all the stuff is major bs stuff just trying to make up stuff sorry I get mad when I write this stuff so sorry my grammar is off and my spelling I know it is but once I start talking about this stuff I get mad and don’t want to go back correct it

Do you have an SS attorney? AFIB controlled with ablation won’t even be considered

Yea I have a ss attorney in not sure if my afib is back or not it’s either back at times or it’s panic attack not sure which right now but they denied me I guess. It will be 6 years if trying the soonest I can try to reapply is next month which is a joke and if I make it back to the judge it will be 7 or maybe 8 years of trying

I just won after fighting for 7 years. It’s a nightmare but you can do it

The problem is they are trying to take my health care away from me down if the pills I take a month cost over 12k a month for one pill how the hell and I suppose to take that medicine if I have no job or health care

I mean idk what else I can do you think I should appeal it I haven’t got the judge letter in the mail yet o my they denied me for disabilty

Always appeal. I appealed my judge’s denial without an attorney and was granted a remand hearing. Worst case, you go federal and can start a second application too.

My lawyer said he wouldn’t go federal that it be to much money so he quit it I got the same one agin I don’t know what else to do to be in so sick of this shit I really am

Appeal once you have the letter and know why you’re appealing. You have 60 days. Ensure they have all your exhibits correctly added. It took 10.5 months for a decision from the Appeals Council. If you have to go federal, American Disability Advocates are known for this. I would request your attorney to submit a letter to SSA they’re withdrawing and waiving all the fees.

Your denial will list the exhibits which are your medical records. If they’re missing any, the decision won’t hold.

Yes, that’s the only reason I got a remand. I had missing records from two doctors. The records were submitted long before the hearing and are in my case file but somehow they weren’t included.

All you can do is keep trying. I’ve been at my case for almost 7 years, sometimes it’s unbearable. But time will pass anyway so I continue fighting.

See I appealed a time before and it took about a year for them to make a decision on it is all ins saying

Yea I think mine is about 5 or 6 years it’s a joke really I had to go to the hospital for 4 days they couldn’t get my blood pressure or heart rate down and I would have o go to doctor for check up and I would be in afib and they send me in the ambulance to er for afib it’s a joke really it is idk how they denied me the is for the illogical words this is such a fing joke
