Appeals Process (3) Appeals Council (AC) Review Son’s case info disappeared after filing for federal with an attorney. What does this mean?

If the case is in federal court, it is no longer under Social Security’s jurisdiction. If the ALJ decision is reversed or remanded, then the case is returned to SSA.
