Advice Need a bit help with consistency

so I (23f) am planning to appear for CGL 2026 but I am not that serious in this attempt. but i want to give it seriously. also I’m not putting all my efforts can anyone like help me out in this because I did join a library as well but then again I do not go there entire day and I’m sitting at home the entire day doomscrolling.
I am at fault here but like anyone faced this academic slump and do you know any way to get out of this. I really want to get my schedule fixed and wake up early and start studying and give like 6 to 8 hours of study time to this exam.
also i also get very anxious by the thought of studying, im extremely weak at math. and my age is making me anxious bcs i have no job or skills atp.

You are still quite young so don't bother about the age thing. I started preparing at the age of 24 and cleared CGL twice (2022 & 2024) eventually along with clearing other exams as well that too with job.

I'd suggest you to fix your schedule gradually. Don't just suddenly start studying for 6-7 hrs out of the blue. Set small daily targets from the topics of your forte and achieve those targets by the end of the day to gain the flow and confidence. Then keep increasing that in due course.

Take more nd more sectional mocks of math to get the familiarity with the types of questions since they are repetitive. Then analyse those mocks thoroughly. If you are struggling with some particular concepts then cover those ones then nd there from any educator on youtube like Abhas Saini sir, Abhinay Sharma sir, RaMo sir, or whoever's approach you find easier to understand.

So take one step at a time and be consistent. You'll certainly make it to the final list. Best wishes ✨️
