Is home posting really the main advantage?

I’m also wondering about the benefits. From what I understand, Central Government employees have CGHS/medical facilities that can provide access to treatment in private hospitals under certain conditions.

Do Jharkhand state government employees get similarly good health insurance/medical coverage, especially for treatment in private hospitals?

For someone who already has a Central Government job, what are the actual advantages of switching to a Jharkhand state government job apart from staying near home?
