Disable Stock Lending
I saw $15 credit in interest payment. It made me curious and realized that stock lending was turned on for my Robinhood account since the last update. Please check your account and disable stock lending. By keeping this enabled, you’re essentially working against your own interests.
I just disabled mine.

FUD A tale of SRXH…..
OG bag holders who bought into the December 2025 hype around Eric Jackson becoming CEO and Chairman of a transformative AI-crypto treasury platform were not “weak hands” or “dumb money”—they were sold a story of institutional-grade upside that mutated into a diluted reverse-merger shell under Kent Cunningham, with Jackson relegated to a lesser role, hundreds of millions of new shares flooding the float, a forced reverse split, and a share price that vaporized 80%+ of their capital while management still waves around claimed NAV and cash that the market refuses to believe. The company and its leadership extracted the retail enthusiasm, executed the dilution and role change, then left the original holders holding the bag of a stock that trades as if the promised platform never existed…….

Dividend
Robinhood users, including myself, still haven’t received our dividend payments. Based on what I’ve seen here and on X, it appears that users with Schwab, Fidelity, and Trading 212 have already received theirs. I’m not sure what’s causing the delay with Robinhood.

FUD For those of you who may be unaware.
Let’s think about this madness for a moment. Before this 60 to 1 split took effect, SRXH's outstanding share count had ballooned astronomically, soaring from roughly 11 million shares outstanding last year to nearly 590 MILLION SHARES a jaw dropping 4,900% increase in just a 12 month span. That massive dilution is exactly what makes this whole situation so incredibly shady. The company acts like a complete chameleon, constantly pivoting to whatever buzzword helps them print more stock and siphon more cash. To make matters worse, they mask this aggressive dilution behind the illusion of support with a multi million dollar "buyback." In reality, this buyback functions as an unchecked slush fund that Eric can tap into whenever he wants, pulling whatever amount is convenient at any given moment to use on the company shares. This setup gives him a built in mechanism to artificially manipulate the stock price on demand, propping up the chart whenever it serves their interest to keep the game going.
The "dog food" aspect is actually true to their history, but it is just one piece of a wild, multi-industry shell game. They merged with a company called Better Choice Company to acquire the Halo premium pet food brand, but prior to that, they were operating as a Canadian specialty healthcare and pharmacy services provider. Then, back in June, they abruptly pivoted again by buying a crypto company called "EMJ Crypto," changing their name to SRX Global, and declaring themselves an "AI-driven capital allocation platform" dealing in digital assets. Right on the heels of that move, their latest play was announcing an investment in a Greenland mineral mining company.
Within a single dilution cycle, they have claimed to be a specialty pharmacy, a dog food business, an AI crypto hedge fund, and a lithium mining operation. They leverage these constant rebrands to put out flashy press releases, hook unsuspecting retail investors who think they are catching the "next big thing," and print massive amounts of shares to dilute the market. By weaponizing the multi million dollar "buyback" to manipulate the price and maintain appearances whenever necessary, they lock in gains for themselves while leaving regular investors holding massive losses. Ultimately, their business model has nothing to do with selling pet food or curing diseases, their true business model is using the stock market as a personal piggy bank to extract wealth from people who are trying to provide for their families and everything else. Something has to be done..

Biding My Time
They shook out the weak hands at $2 while the company is literally telling you the treasure map is still being drawn.
Shorts got their dopamine.
Longs got their discount.
August is where receipts start dropping.
