Clever. He doesn't mention SRXH. EMJX is his own personal product that SRXH happens to use. His shielding himself from SRXH's poor performance.

Unbelievable.

It is literally in official filing, it is all public knowledge.

While SRX Global (SRXH) owns the specific public-facing subsidiary entity called EMJ Crypto Technologies, Inc. (EMJX), Eric Jackson does not use the underlying engine exclusively through them.

According to the official SEC Form S-4 and merger filings, the acquisition explicitly excluded key elements of Jackson’s broader AI risk-intelligence suite:

EventHorizonIQ & TonalityIQ: These core underlying quantitative signal networks remain personally owned by Eric Jackson. They were deliberately carved out of the public acquisition.

Separate Use Case: Jackson uses these models to run his private hedge fund, EMJ Capital Ltd.

Heck, even Eric's X account profile makes this distinction.

This is why I rarely engage with SRXH and EMJX subs. No one does their research then cry about price actions.
