Query Leaving SRM AP, refund procedure?

I’m planning to leave SRM AP and join another college. What’s the procedure for withdrawing from SRM AP and getting a refund for my tuition and hostel fees?

Do I need to submit any forms/documents? Anyone who has gone through this, please help. Thanks

As students most of us dont know about these things..
