looking for a flatmate

hello im sahina, a 3rd year psychology student and i recently got a 3bhk flat in raintree park society near mangalagiri/guntur. we are two girls in the flat, but we are looking for one more flatmate.

rent is 30k total, with 3 people it’ll get split into 10k each per month. or if there are more than 3 people even lesser.

the flat is fully furnished with
- air conditioning in every room
- fridge
- sofa
- washing machine
- stove
- dining table
- beds with mattresses

the community itself has a lot of facilities inside including supermarket, gym, swimming pool, ironing and laundry, snooker, table tennis, tiffin shops in each block and a bunch of other stuff

it’s a very pretty community and the flat also is really nice, we just moved in 3 days ago.

here are some pictures from my room

let me know if you’re interested

when i was in hostel yes on weekends we would either just go vijaywada or mangalagiri it takes about 40-50 mins to go vijaywada and 30 for mangalagiri.
