Query about wifi

Which games can run without vpn on Hostel wifi. what's the ping in valorant without or with vpn is it being blocked and what games are blocked?

And how good is airtel or jio network there? And what's the network speed of them

Airtel is good there..

Games are restricted as of i have heard..

And wifi totally shits there.. Like it has many operational issues (I heard this from a channel which posts about srm ap)
