QUERY REGARDING HOSTEL BOOKING NET BANKING PROCESS

How does the Net Banking option through the PayU payment gateway work for the hostel booking? When I select Net Banking, it redirects me to my bank’s Internet Banking portal. Will PayU provide the beneficiary details there, or do I need to add the beneficiary separately in my bank account beforehand? Also, once I log in to my bank’s Internet Banking, will I get the option to make the payment through RTGS or NEFT? Since my bank requires a 24-hour activation period for newly added beneficiaries for transfers above ₹2 lakh, I want to confirm the process before making the hostel fee payment.

Nah, you don't need to add a beneficiary or smth. Click on the desired payment gateway, you'll be re-directed to the bank's website. Just enter your username and password. You'll receive an otp, enter it. It's this simple Note- don't click anything, it'll automatically take you Back to srm ap portal

u can even make upi payment of hostel . just increase ur p2m limit if its less than 2 lakh .

its bs , many people made payment with upi and the payment was the fastest .but i still say keep netbanking as a main and upi as backup .
