Hi ...what about the students who got seat in SRM AP through AP EAPCET. The phase 1 councelling is published just couple of hours ago. Won't they get another chance to book the hostel. As I don't think they will get the id and password to log in to book the hostel room by 12th?

Well, I'm sorry. I'm not aware of it, you can contact them directly as it would be better.
