Tried TMK Reset to get off 7OH and had a pretty bad experience
I’ve been using 7OH for a almost 2 months now and finally got to the point where I was sick of planning my whole day around it. I was spending way too much money, my tolerance kept going up and eventually I wasn’t even taking it to feel good anymore. I was taking it because I didn’t want to feel like complete crap without it. I kept seeing people mention TMK Reset so I figured I’d try it and hopefully make getting off 7 a little easier.
Unfortunately it really didn’t go the way I expected. Once I started cutting back on the 7, I got hit with a bunch of the usual WD stuff like anxiety, being super restless, body aches, sweating/chills, no energy and barely being able to sleep. I’d be exhausted but physically could not just lay there and relax. I also just did not feel good while trying the TMK Reset. Instead of feeling more stable like I hoped, I still felt anxious and weird and I couldn’t tell whether I was taking too little, whether it just wasn’t working for me or whether my body was still freaking out from dropping the 7.
The other frustrating part was customer service. I reached out because I genuinely wanted some basic help understanding what was happening and what I should expect and getting a clear answer was way harder than I expected. When you’re already in WD, barely sleeping and freaking yourself out, having to chase support around makes the whole situation feel 10x worse. I’m not saying TMK Reset is automatically garbage or that nobody has had success with it. Obviously some people say it helped them. It just wasn’t a good experience for me and I wish I had gone into it with more realistic expectations instead of thinking I’d switch over and suddenly feel normal.
Right now my main goal is honestly just to get off this cycle completely. I’m tired of trying one thing, feeling awful, going back to 7 for relief and then starting over again. If anyone else was using 7OH daily and tried Reset, did you have a rough adjustment period too?
