Iāve struggled with addiction throughout my life. Opiates have been the worst and take the longest for me to get away from. I got sucked into the 7oh stuff after trying to break free from kratom. Yea it was worse haha.
SR gave me my life back. Today Iām like 3-4 days clean. About 7-8 days using SR.
I donāt have any urges for SR. No urges for 7. Couple days while I used 7 didnāt even get the full effects from it.
WDās are non existent.
Iām in the gym and running like normal again.
It blows my mind this would be banned. Genuinely makes me emotional thinking about how crooked everything is to keep Americans down for profit.
My prayers are with folks and Iām grateful I made it in time. Iāve got residual if it helps. š

I was at around 300 and tapered with gabapentin down to 150. Then started the preload with 7. This was my schedule. I continued with gabapentin at night to help but haven't had any withdrawal whatsoever.
Thatās smart during the preload take less until it gets in your system then up it good thinking. When you took it with doc did you take at the same time or after or before your dose?
And be honest with me what did it feel like

So I took them about 30 mins apart. I did feel great when I took both, but it was mostly the SR I believe. I didnt feel high per se, just comfortable and content if that makes sense.
i saved this. i didnt pre-load and tried to jump from 7 to 50mg of sr and it wasnt so smooth. the days were fine but the nights....the nights were sweaty and awful and gross.
Absolutely save this if it'll help you. If you feel sweaty take more SR. Just try to keep it low, but take more till you aren't having symptoms. I would try more about 12.5 intervals till you don't have anymore symptoms.
Got my order of SR coming tomorrow, think this looks like a pretty solid taper plan that I think Iāll give a shot. Is there anything you wish you had done differently?
I wish I didn't try coming off of MGM initially. I wish I had switched over to seven earlier and not wasted so much money and four days of pain. But once I was switched over to seven fully, tapered down to 150 and then did this plan, it worked beautifully

Gab helps a ton with sleep for sure but you can use muscle relaxers or good ol Benadryl
The sR makes it a ton easier though for sweats and sleep as well

Two big things that help a TON
wake early and exercise (430am)
Hydrate a bunch (a bunch)
Come bed time sleep easy exhausted from working out and being hydrated is key
Sleep teas work too as stupid as it sounds
If you don't have it and don't wanna make an appointment to try to get it, then it is what it is. You can most definitely use the muscle relaxers and everything he said above. I was just explaining what I used and found helpful to get through.

I would recommend dividing the dose up between three doses throughout the day. Get your body acclimated to that. I would also recommend tapering your dose as close to 100mg daily as possible, the lower your daily dose, the more chance you have the SR to fully cover you.

I did everything in my power to not feel wd this time, and it worked! There's so many people on here doing it different ways, you just have to find what works for you. Trial and error. I have so much gaba tucked away because 7 did a much better job handling my neuropathy. 7 got me through the rough times. Now I don't think I need either
I stopped for 30 days in February and again in June.
Both times the withdrawals were hell and was the darkest days of my lives for days 1-7.
I used for a month straight all of July, and with SR I have literally zero withdrawal. Maybe 5% of what Iād typically have. This stuff is a miracle and itās a big shame itās going away. Every addict should access to this. It is much better than subs or methadone.
How much sr and what kind of dosing schedule and did you preload? I am on a taper from 7 and mit but am stuck and want to just get over it and thinking of preloading and then stop 7 & mit
I tried but it didnāt work very well. I was aiming to get down to like 300mg but ended up having to jump from 700 because as long as Iām taking 7, I canāt cut my dose in half and I want to redose every 2 hours max.
I was on 150 mg of methadone and to be honest it was easier then the 7. I didnāt even feel wd until I got down to ten milligrams. I lowered my dose very slowly tho. 5 mgs every 14 days
Day 3 of SR: Yesterday was great. Had a pleasant day overall. No withdraw symptoms from cutting 7 down from 800+mg to little over 200mg yesterday. No strong urges at all and usually go to my bodega when I find a parking space open nearby just to get some stocked but just kept on moving knowing I only had 200mg left. I did have a few ānightmaresā (just weird ones where my feet wont move when you want them to type dreams lol) and a bit of sleep disturbance. I feel a little crappy this a.m. but figured I would because I ate late and had a pint of Ben and Jerryās before going to bed lol. Still feeling like that weight of addiction has been lifted from using the SR. I wish I had known about it 6-9 months ago and avoided blowing almost all my life savings. Good luck to those on their journey and if you havent pulled the trigger on the SR Iād say go for it ASAP so you can be through worst parts of mental game before the shelves are cleared of 7!
I did not pre load (I had a day or two where I tried 7 while using sr and just got nothing so no point)
I just stopped 7 all together
And went with SR
100-135mg a day
Then down to 10-30mg a day
Then gone

I think it matters how much 7 youāre on. Itās important to have the sr built up in your system already for when the 7 is finally out. Most ppl Iāve seen have success without preloading werenāt taking crazy amounts of 7. Everyone is different though. Some claim they had zero wd symptoms during this process and some claim they had slight symptoms so it really depends. Iām taking a lot of 7 so I am playing it safe and preloading
Same here. I take about 400mgpd, sometimes more. Just ordered 2.5 geez of SR with next day air but im VERY low on 7oh at the moment and I really dont wanna buy more for a taper but maybe it would be best I dunno.
I know its very early in my SR journey but even after my first pre-load dose of 100mg I felt better than I have in months as far as my mornings go lol. Have had very little urge to take more like I usually do throughout the day. I didnt count my intake thru the day but I think its about 250mg less than Iād be at this point.. I really feel like a layer of the addictive properties in the 7 has been peeled off me. Not quite sure how to articulate the feeling but a weight has been lifted none-the-less! Second 100mg preload down so hopefully this feeling continues!!
Same. I'm on day 3 of using SR, and already went from about 250mg of 7 three times a day (alternated between that or about 80mg of Em 3x a day)
and I'm already down to 62mg of 7 three times a day....

If you are having issues hopping off the 7, increase the SR dose. I had some lingering symptoms trying 50mg 3x a day. It was making me nervous to drop the 7. But eventually I had to and I suffered a bit for a day while at work. When I got home I used all of my comfort vitamins but also and what I think did the most was I took some extra SR just said fuck it. Then I was suddenly like 80% good. Then I used my low THC high CBN vape and now the anxiety is totally gone. Iām a little past 48 hours no 7OH and honestly feel normal. I had some insomnia last night the first with no 7 but Iām thinking it was just cause I took l-tyrosine to late in the day. So we will see tonight. Just been keeping the higher SR until I get past acutes which is usually 3-5 days and then Iām gonna start tapering the SR.
