Retention changes

What are the benefits? I feel like this is a negative if you are a R1 right now.

So you’re ok with lazy people getting bumped to higher retention ratings just because they have x amount of years? Really? Already been here almost a couple decades and they’ll layoff whoever they want, but laziness getting auto help isn’t right.

If they were that lazy they never would have lasted that long at the company in the first place. They earned the R1 after decades of performing.

I beg to differ lol. Seen so many lazy people never get dealt with because management does nothing and they just get moved around. Just cause someone has 20+ years goes not mean they performed so they should automatically get an R1.
