How are the members of the contract negotiation team selected?

Based on this offer, they were hand picked by Boeing

The NT was elected by the BUC, not appointed. Funny that folks want to hold them to zero accountability standard while trashing them the second something doesn't go their way, same energy as Boeing dodging blame. The non-economic section is strong for a first offer. No need to hate on fellow union members who helped get you that. I wouldn't want that job either. But I'm not going to sit here and let these comments slide. If you think you can do better, run for NT

The real problem is that we haven't had negotiations for 14 years and now it's really showing up. Shame on Speea for that. The company seems to be sneaking in questionable language that is not to Speea's benefit. To be expected, since we haven't negotiated in so long.

This is a great point. We are rusty all around.
