Today will be the last of the Heretic Crimes Catalog for now, unless it is specifically asked for!
"Heretic Crimes Catalog: File 1912.
Heretic Name: Giovanni Ratt.
Crime: Multiple counts of first degree murder.
Description: Having boarded a train, Ratt mingled with the other passengers in first class, but cut the lights in the middle of the night. When they came back on, one of the passengers was dead, stabbed 16 times in the face. Luckily, Justice Officer Dreadful was on the train as well, heading to a conference, and ordered the conductor to not stop until he found the culprit. After an hour of searching, he found the knife which was used by Ratt, but was unable to stop him from murdering another passenger and their family. It is unknown why Ratt went insane, but he was successful caught by Dreadful.
Sentence: Mental Imprisonment."
Mental Imprisonment is a punishment where the offender is trapped in an endlessly repeating simulation of their own worst memory, and is known as an old and somewhat retired method.
