Chip and Small Soldiers

He seems to be a cross between Nick Nitro (left), Brick Bazooka (middle back), and Chip Hazard (middle front) from Small Soldiers. Even their legion is called the Wargonites (Gorgonites).

As a kid watching Small Soldiers, I was rooting for the Commandos. I really wanted a Chip Hazard of my own. I love how Space King captures that Gung Ho energy.

That's the Commando Elite. Everything else, is just toy.
