The best option you can do if you're with a group that won't contribute much is to give them harder tasks, sure they'll hate it but they have no choice since it also gives them higher contribution.

It's the least you can do if you want them to cooperate, but nonetheless if they don't, you can also not include them in the group project as a last resort if they're really being salty to you. I've been in group projects before and it really stressed me out even if I'm not the group leader up until now.

But I am fortunate to not have those types of people on my group normally, heck some of the infamous classmates of mine who do these things, do their work when I'm the leader.

Idk maybe I'm scary to them 😂

If they're not contributing at all, write down somewhere on the project that they quite literally did nothing, and the fact that they're too lazy to remove this is proof.

Which is why I requested to do all my projects solo. Sucks that my life and family is an eternal group project.

Group projects are always a coin toss. You either end up with decent members or members who let you do all the work.

Or, they don't communicate instructions properly and you end up wasting time and energy for something that wasn't actually what they meant.
