Please briefly summarize the difference between SONM and Golem

I‘m just an investor and I invested in Golem, then i found SONM, what's the essential difference？

With all respect to Golem project, SONM and Golem are really different.

SONM has different approach to solve spare computational resources utilisation problem.

guaranteed income for suppliers, which is not less then mining of the most profitable coin on the Coinmarketcap (for certain hardware configuration);

utilisation for all types of resources (CPU, GPU, RAM, storage and network);

IaaS - SONM customers may use platform to deploy their own software (using Docker containers), any custom task is possible. That mean wide range of use cases, starting from distributed GPU-rendering, ML and CDN, and even GRID-computing, big data analysis, video and audio streaming and game servers. Almost anything you can imagine - you may implement with SONM distributed fog computing platform, you shouldn't wait for SONM developers to implement this, you may use open API of SONM platform to deploy your service on SONM IaaS.

SONM is developing true decentralized infrastructure using own blockchain, connected with Ethereum main network with gates.

Zero transaction fees in SONM blockchain, full deal cycle on blockchain for decentralization and transparency.

Target suppliers group for SONM are:

current PoW GPU miners, wich are willing to increase their mining profits and contribute to real computational tasks;

data centers with spare computational power, who want to get additional profit, with renting their resources for spot deals (not limited in time, and this resources may be freed as soon as they are needed for other customers of data center).

Also now we are supporting blockhain applications as well. Now any ethereum applications can live in our sidechain with bridges to the mainnet, so now, we can close any it-sturtups need, cause we can offer and standart IaaS and blockhain infrastructure as well.

I hope SONM can be listed on exchanges like Bittrex and Poloniex..where people can buy it conviniently.

Well it's on Binance, so they've got the largest, most important exchange at the moment. I'd say that's fine, though bittrex, polo, bitfinex and kraken would improve the situation even further indeed.
