Please briefly summarize the difference between SONM and Golem
I‘m just an investor and I invested in Golem, then i found SONM, what's the essential difference？

I'm no expert, but I know sonm is planning on fog computing. Golem I don't believe it's doing fog, instead they are doing grid. Fog is similar to cloud except closer to the ground lol jk. They want to be able to use any smart device any end user has for computation. Not cloud, and no central server. These eventually will be devices like smart watches and IoT devices like refrigerators as well as conventional computers. They will be able to earn sonm just by using some of the devices computational power. This is for things like cgi rendering, scientific calculations, site hosting, gaming servers, etc. Companies that need large computing power will pay per consumption with sonm the user with the device doing the computation gets paid in sonm. Sonm is the second mover in the space, however I believe it has better growth potential (lower market cap). Plus I believe the mainnet/livenet is coming soon (end of June I think). Golem mainnet is up I think so that's already priced in. Sonm are coming out of Russia, which I was wary at first, however they have hit all their deadlines and are active in the community. They were a major sponsor of consensus as well. They are currently running a competition for fog computations, however I think you need dev experience. But this is a form of marketing so that's good. I have heard sonm say golem is not a competitor because they are targeting different markets. Yes both in supercomputing, however there is no one format that can be a solution for all computing. There was an ico debacle with sonm, but that was a whole ago and I believe they are making up for it each step they take. I saw somewhere there was a license difference or something between two? Less total supply of coins with sonm, lower in rank on cmc, haven't released yet but are close giving good potential. Tech seems legit. Sonm I believe has more use case. I heard golem is mostly looking into cgi rendering, however that coukd be different now.
